02What we collect on the website

We keep the public site light. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or social media pixels.

• Server logs: IP address, requested page, time, browser type. Used for security and to keep the site running. Kept for up to 30 days.
• Language preference: stored in your browser (localStorage) so the site opens in the language you chose. It never leaves your device.
• Savings calculator: the values you move on the sliders are only used to show an estimate. They are passed to the demo page as part of the link if you continue from the calculator, and are stored only if you book.

03Booking a demo

When you book a demo we collect your name, work email, company name, the slot you picked, any notes you add, and the calculator estimate if you arrived from it. We use this to confirm the booking by email, hold the slot, send the meeting link, and prepare the walkthrough.

Confirmation and reminder emails are sent through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf. Bookings that are not confirmed within 24 hours are released. Confirmed booking records are kept for 12 months after the demo, then deleted unless you have become a customer.

04Talking to Huginn

Huginn is the assistant on this site. Simple questions are answered from a fixed script. Free-form questions are sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) together with a short public description of ASGARDS, and the reply is shown to you. Please do not paste passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information into the chat.

We log the question, the answer, the language, and a hashed request identifier for rate limiting. Chat logs are kept for 90 days so we can improve the scripted answers, then deleted. If you choose "Talk to a human", the conversation is handed to our team on Telegram together with your questions.

05Customer accounts and the product

Customers sign in at asgardia-os.com/login. A session cookie is set only after a successful login and is used purely to keep you signed in. Sign-in attempts are recorded (time, account, result, IP address) so account owners can review access.

The ASGARDS modules run on a server the customer controls. Business data such as ledgers, chats, and people records stays there. We act on that data only as instructed by the customer and as described in the service agreement.

06Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the site and the demo process (hosting, transactional email, the AI model provider for Huginn, and video conferencing for the demo call), each bound to process it only for that purpose, or when required by law.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to cancel a booking, by writing to support@asgardia-os.com from the address you used. We answer within 14 days.

You can clear the language preference and any locally stored data at any time from your browser settings.

08Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. Customer logins support two-factor verification, role-based access, and IP allow-lists. Every action inside the product is written to an audit trail (Forseti).

09Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect customers are also announced through the product.
