These terms apply to the public website asgardia-os.com, the demo booking flow, and the Huginn assistant. Use of the ASGARDS product itself is governed by a separate service agreement with each customer.

01Using this website
You may browse the site, read the content, book a demo, and chat with Huginn for the purpose of learning about ASGARDS. You agree not to probe, scan, or disrupt the site or its services, not to submit malicious content, and not to automate requests beyond normal browsing.
02Demo bookings
Booking a demo creates no obligation on either side. We may reschedule or decline a booking, and you may cancel at any time by replying to the confirmation email. Slots are held for 24 hours until you confirm them from the email we send.
Figures shown by the savings calculator and any estimate quoted during a demo are illustrative. They are based on the inputs you provide and an internal benefit model, not on your actual books, and are not a promise of results.
03Huginn and AI-generated answers
Huginn is an AI assistant. Its answers are provided for orientation only and are not a formal offer, a quotation, a contract, or professional advice. Pricing is always confirmed in writing after a demo. If Huginn says something that conflicts with this page or with a written agreement, the written document prevails.
04Content and intellectual property
The ASGARDS name, the module names (Odin, Heimdall, Thor, Njord, Mimir, Bragi, Frigg, Forseti), Huginn, the logos, the mascot, and the content of this site belong to ASGARDS or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other reuse needs our written permission.
Brand names, people, and numbers shown in product screenshots and demos on this site are fictional examples unless stated otherwise.
05The product
Access to the ASGARDS modules is provided to customers under a service agreement that sets out scope, fees, data handling, service levels, and liability. Nothing on this website changes that agreement. Descriptions of features on this site may refer to modules that are configured differently, or not enabled, for a given customer.
06No warranty for the website
The website is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website, the calculator, or Huginn's answers.
07Privacy
How we handle personal data collected through this site is described in the Privacy Policy at asgardia-os.com/privacy/.
08Changes and contact
